Teach Your Kids How to Build a Growth Mindset

Karen Allen

Updated: May 9, 2020

Practicing healthy mental habits isn't just important for us as adults, but we most definitely should also be teaching our children how to develop a strong mindset, too.

Big humans (adults) and little humans (kids) alike can build a growth mindset through daily habits and self-development. Everyone has the ability to build mental strength, but most people don't know how to do it. You can only develop a strong mind by working on yourself every single day. We do this in different ways and one of the greatest opportunities to practice mental training is during challenges. When my 9-year-old had a meltdown during Math recently, I helped guide him through it with three tips to help him manage his emotions and get his head back in the game.

I'm giving you the full scoop in the video below. Yeah, we're keepin' it real over here.

Oh, and good news, these tips don't just work for kids - they work for YOU too!

Love you guys!

Hi, I'm Karen.

I've made it my life's work to teach as many people as possible about synergistic trifecta of human potential and transformation: mindfulness, positive psychology, and neuroplasticity.

This fusion creates a holistic approach to personal growth, well-being, and resilience, empowering you to thrive, navigate life's complexities with grace, and tap into your fullest potential.

I've worked with companies such as Nissan, Golf Channel, Google, Universal Orlando Parks & Resorts, LG and many more.

Whether I'm teaching from stage, in a conference room, or via Zoom, my #1 mission is to help as many people as possible tap into the power of their mindset and start living more fully. Because when you become better, you make the people around you better, and that's how you make the world a little better, too. 🌱 #BetterTogether
