How To Reframe Negative Thinking

Updated: May 9, 2020

We can talk about the problem or we can talk about solutions We are in week 3 of quarantine here in Florida, but the question is - week 3 of how many?! There’s so much uncertainty around this whole pandemic - work, school, social distancing, health, the economy - it’s not just one thing, it’s EVERYTHING. But honestly, I don’t want to just talk about the coronavirus, I want to talk about the mindset we need get through it. Is that alright with you? Because honestly, complaining about how crazy things are, being worried about all of the what-if scenarios, and rehashing all the fear-based news which is being pumped into the airwaves is just unproductive.

Seriously. How does any of that help the situation? It doesn’t. It just makes things worse. So here’s how you make it better… 👉 Remember we're in this together, so speak hope and bring light 👉 Make the best of the current situation while at home 👉 Reframe your thoughts when your mind starts to drive you crazy And I’ve got something to help you with that last one because as you know, , mental strength training is my JAM! This week’s video is all about reframing negative thoughts... Check it out below!

Hi, I'm Karen.

I've made it my life's work to teach as many people as possible about synergistic trifecta of human potential and transformation: mindfulness, positive psychology, and neuroplasticity.

This fusion creates a holistic approach to personal growth, well-being, and resilience, empowering you to thrive, navigate life's complexities with grace, and tap into your fullest potential.

I've worked with companies such as Nissan, Golf Channel, Google, Universal Orlando Parks & Resorts, LG and many more.

Whether I'm teaching from stage, in a conference room, or via Zoom, my #1 mission is to help as many people as possible tap into the power of their mindset and start living more fully. Because when you become better, you make the people around you better, and that's how you make the world a little better, too. 🌱 #BetterTogether
